Dear Alpine Parents and Community Members, Recent and sustained state funding cuts to schools, declining enrollment, and increasing costs for health benefits present serious challenges to Alpine Union’s finances. The solution is for the District to live within its means. This requires all employees to participate in a reduction of salaries and benefits.
