FOUND TORTOISE: Small Tortoise Found on Via Dieguenos, Alpine 3-17-16
UPDATE 3-16-16 The Owner has been located! LOCATION_DESCRIPTION: 3-17-16 As I pulled up to my driveway I found a tortoise sitting by my garage. I live on Via Dieguenos in Alpine.
