November 22, 2013 Just so everyone knows, your water bill is going up effective with water used on and after 11/1/2013. Coincidentally, in order to AVOID more public outrage, Padre Dam is switching to MONTHLY bills effective January 2014, so the costs (including the increased rates) don’t seem so bad!!!
