Veterans are Volunteering to Install a Solar Panel System to the Home of Robert Blumenstock, a Decorated Vietnam Hospital Corpsman / Dental Technician   After being moved by Robert’s story, Semper Solaris has chosen the local San Diegan as the 2021 Semper Solaris Cares Initiative recipient for this upcoming Memorial Day event. He will be receiving solar panels free of cost, drastically reducing his electricity bills for life.
