    You’re invited to community public meeting on Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm at the Alpine Community Center (1830 Alpine Blvd) to discuss a new community park in Alpine. The County recently acquired 98 acres of land. The property includes native habitat, mature shade trees and disturbed land, making it ideal for a mix of preserved land and various recreational amenities.   • Park Land for Alpine Youth (PLAY) is Back Up and Running!

    Park Land for Alpine Youth (PLAY) a local 501 (c) (3) is back up and running!  A few months ago, a newly elected board of directors took office.  Our first fund raiser was an Antique Car Show.  We held the car show in El Cajon and raised money for future parks, ball fields and walking trails for Alpiners.   We would like to thank Rene Aon and Mike Venancio for organizing the Antique Car Show to help build a park for Alpine Youth.
