Teen Crashes into Tree in Early Morning Accident on South Grade Rd., Alpine 4-15-15

April 15, 2015 ACCIDENT THIS MORNING AROUND 4AM on SOUTH GRADE RD. IN ALPINE. This happened right at the curve at SCENIC VIEW. (Map it) The news report states that it was a teenaged BOY from lakeside, Ca. He was airlifted to the hospital and was alive, but is stated to have life threatening injuries. The crash is under investigation. California Highway Patrol officials said they found open beer cans inside the car so they believe alcohol likely played a factor.
