Join us Friday July 29th for a mash up class with Angela Fitness and Turn Up Dance fitness with Aubrey. This 60 min class will start off by getting your heart pumping with an exclusive Turn it Up total body Hiit styled dance and then bring your heart down with intensive strengthening, toning, and conditioning weight training exercises.
