I have earned a reputation for consistently providing the highest level of professional service available. I devote myself and my efforts to the needs of my clients and go above and beyond to support them in every step through their home buying and/or selling experience. I am grateful and blessed to share that this level of dedication to my clients has been heavily reflected in the vast majority of my business being referrals from those who have experienced my partnership first hand.
As a born-and-raised, 2nd generation San Diegan, I offer my clients a wealth of knowledge on local markets. My grandfather was also a local agent in San Diego, back in the 50s. He helped to develop the San Carlos and Allied Garden areas. I myself grew up in the rural backcountry. I attended Mountain Empire High School, and later graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Business and a minor in marketing.
In 2005 I sparked an interest in Real Estate and made the shift once I obtained my license. I quickly found my nitch to be rural and hard to sell properties. I have learned a great deal over the years on all that is involved in these types of transactions. I am well versed in issues with lot lines, legal access, permitting, pulling records, development, well and septic regulations, and so much more. It has been humbling to have been named a 5 Star Realtor in San Diego Magazine and recently recognized as the top 1% of all realtors in all of San Diego. I truly feel blessed to have received these titles. But none of it would be possible without my wonderful clients.
