RamFLEX is a construction company incorporated in the State of California; owned by two close partners and friends, David A. Felix and Mark F. Pfafflin. David was educated at local San Diego State University and has worked in the construction industry as a laborer, carpenter, foreman, estimator and project manager, working his way up for the past 10 years. Mark has been a contractor in the greater San Diego area for the past 40+ years and has built custom homes, housing developments, commercial buildings, schools, office buildings and much more. These two have teamed up, and with David's education and use of technology and Mark's dedicated experience in this trade are prepared to serve the needs of home owners, businesspersons, insurance brokers, realtors, investors, banks and anyone else that need construction and contracting services.
