Johnny Omahen Baseball Instruction

Receive one-on-one or group instruction for Pitching, Hitting, and Fielding as well as the mental side to the game for all. With Seven years of professional pitching experience with the Miami Marlins and the Arizona Diamonbacks, as well as Four years at CSU San Marcos playing shortstop, my knowledge for the game has grown tremendously. My goal is to teach the proper way to play and understand the game and have fun while doing so. Instruction includes not only skill work, but also correct warm-up procedures and most importantly, mental strength and strategies to stay positive in the game.
