Alpine Ranch CrossFit is dedicated to providing the best training to each person’s individual fitness level. You will never be forced to go beyond your limits. However, you can rest assure we will push you to your limits. Are you ready to get after it? Alpine Ranch CrossFit is finally complete and  has grown to 1000 sqft. of awesome. To add to Alpine Ranch CrossFit’s amazing fitness program, they also offer Yoga! Coach Jen Inman is not only an awesome Yoga coach, she’s a wonderful human being. Come enjoy a Yoga class in the cleanest CrossFit gym in San Diego. They even drip Lavender into the mats before each class! Jenn has a Masters in Science, Complimentary & Integrative Health RYT-200 Yoga Alliance, Certified Aerial Yoga Instructor / Silks, Vinyasa, Hatha, Prana Flow, & Restorative Yoga. Classes are on Sundays @ 10:15am and Tuesdays @ 6:45pm. $15 Drop-in, $65 Monthly (8 Classes).
