FREE SCREENING of “How Not to Die” By Dr. Michael Greger at The Alpine Library – February 26, 2020

Free screening event about what the latest peer-reviewed science is finding on improving overall health and reversing effects of common diseases such as heart disease, the #1 killer among North Americans. The video presentation is called “How Not to Die: The Role of Diet in Preventing, Arresting, & Reversing Our Top 15 Killers” and is presented by Dr. Michael Greger, a physician and New York Times bestselling author. This FREE EVENT is on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 6pm in the Alpine Library Conference Room.   The presentation is just over an hour long and will be followed by a short, fun trivia game. We will also be giving away a few of Dr. Greger’s How Not To Die Books.  Don’t bring money. There’s nothing to buy or join.
