Join Alpine Fire Marshal Jason McBroom to discuss what we can learn from experiencing a major wildfire in our community. We will talk about defensible space and why it is required, and how the fire department uses that space. We will also address the HIZ home ignition zones, and talk about what home owners can do right now to increase their chances of surviving a wildfire.
