March 2018 – Alpine Ace Hardware is now offering Piers, Pads and Tops for manufactured homes! Piers range from 12″ to 26″. Tops include: Regular Jack, Flat Top, Saddle and Clamp on. Pressure Treated Pads come in 24″ and 30″.
Great for Maintenance! Maintaining a level home prevents future issues from prematurely arising like drainage and plumbing. Great for shed’s, decks and more, these products all pass the California requirements to meet Building code when installed properly.
